Welcome to Valentina Alterations. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and the services provided at our physical location. By using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. General Services

Valentina Alterations provides custom tailoring, alterations, and garment repair services. All work is completed based on the measurements and instructions provided at the time of drop-off. We are not responsible for garments that do not fit due to weight changes or incorrect measurements provided by the customer.

2. Payment and Pickup

Payment is due at the time of pickup unless otherwise agreed upon. Garments left for more than 90 days after the completion notification may be donated or discarded.

3. SMS Communications (Text Messaging)

By providing your phone number and opting in at our front desk or via our website, you agree to receive text messages from Valentina Alterations regarding your work orders.

• Program Description: We use SMS to send work order status updates, pickup reminders, and to ask questions regarding your alterations.
• Message Frequency: Message frequency varies per order.
• Pricing: Message and data rates may apply. * Opt-Out: You can opt out of receiving these messages at any time. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you text “STOP“, we will send you one additional message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
• Help & Support: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at 503-869-7729 or resigav@yahoo.com.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Liability for Garments

While we treat every garment with the utmost care, Valentina Alterations is not responsible for pre-existing wear and tear, weak fabrics, or damage that occurs due to the natural degradation of the material during the alteration process. In the rare event of damage caused directly by our tailoring process, our liability is limited to the repair of the item or a refund of the alteration cost.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
